1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We only collect personal data that you provide to us directly, through the enquiry form on this website. The fields we ask for are: full name, company name (optional), email address, phone number (optional), and the content of your message. We do not collect personal data from visitors who do not submit the form.

In addition, with your consent given via the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics for anonymised visit statistics (see section 6).

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data submitted through the enquiry form is processed solely to respond to your enquiry and to pursue a possible business arrangement - the legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and/or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We do not use enquiry-form data for marketing purposes or send newsletters without separate consent.

4. Recipients of data

Only Celias d.o.o. staff who need the data to handle your enquiry have access to it. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers who support our operations (e.g. the email/hosting provider through which the enquiry reaches us) and, where legally required, with competent authorities (e.g. tax authorities, auditors) or legal representatives.

5. Retention period

Data from the enquiry form is kept for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for no longer than 2 years from the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. accounting or tax regulations).

6. Cookies

This website uses Google Analytics to measure visits - which pages are visited, from which device and region, and for how long. These cookies are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner; if you decline, analytics cookies are not set and your visit is not recorded in Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser settings and reloading the page.

A strictly necessary (technical) cookie that remembers your cookie choice is set regardless of consent, as it is required for the cookie banner itself to function.

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have the right to request from us: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, erasure of data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you have the right to object to processing. Requests can be sent to office@celias.hr. If you believe our processing of your data does not comply with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time, for example due to changes in legislation or how we operate. The current version is always available on this page.
